Super Bowl I was held in California. Super Bowl II was in Miami. It wouldn't surprise me if Super Bowl L was in Cali and LI in Miami.

If you wanna put a roof, do it right. That horrendous rendering they released of a flat roof was the worst idea ever.
I can tell you from experience that playing games indoors, heat or not, is terrible. Marlins Park flexed their "retractable-roof" muscle all year, and the Marlins played maybe 8 games outside. The place is so much better with the roof open. With the roof closed, it feels like baseball in a warehouse.
This is south Florida. People come here for the weather. Don't make a mistake and cover up the stadium. They don't even play in the summertime. The weather in September thru February is the nicest time of year here. Why would we want to play football inside or under any kind of roof?
I'm against it. Completely.
I agree. The reason Kim Jong Goodell wants a roof is because of the rain during the Colts-Bears Super Bowl. That rain just happened to be coincidental because it rarely rains in Florida in February. There have been rainy days during the Super Bowl before and it has not been a problem. Why now?

Because the NFL has become increasingly sensitive to fan comfort and image and has drifted away from the roots of the game. Why don't you think there is never a SB in Chicago or G.B.?
There is going to be one in New York

While weather is a big issue, I am sure the NFL can give 100 reasons why Green Bay would not be considered. Off the top of my head; the age of their stadium and the lack of infrastructure to support it (transportation, restaraunts, hotel, etc.) come immediately to mind.
Plus, Green Bay fans would never be able to afford Super Bowl tickets, so their fans wouldn't even go to the game.
