My game ball goes to the Altanta Falcons for ensuring the 1972 Dolphins would remain the only perfect team in the NFL for at least another year.

the fans who stuck around until the end of the game ! I gave up at 21-0 and watched some real football... Bills/Patriots.  Fitzpatrick + Spiller > Tannehill + Bush, could be a blowout on Thursday

The Falcon loss is the only good Dolphin news this weekend.

If you give the game ball to Tannehill, he will just throw it to a Titan anyway.

Brian Hartline was the ONLY Dolphin playing hard.

I think you're confusing "playing hard" for not shitting the bed.

Dan Carpenter, the only points came off of a FG.

I can't bring myself to give anybody a game ball after that performance.  To lose that way to a piece of shit third tier team like that, where you only have to stop one player to win.  Makes me sick to my stomach.

Agree. I heard from a guy who went to the game and he said it was pathetic. There were empty seats everywhere and you could hear a pin drop. The scaplers were selling tickets for a lowly 5 bucks.

I was at the game, and it was empty before the game.  The stands were packed from goal line to goal line (both decks), but the end zones were 70% empty seats.  Not sure why.

It was pretty good until they went down 21-0, which was when people started giving up hope.

Yeah, but he missed the first attempt. He got a second chance because of a penalty.

The word at the stadium was that Philbin called the late timeout to get Carpenter a "practice kick" with the swirling wind so he could see how it went.  Kinda made sense...

Couldn't think of any other reason to "ice" your own kicker...

No game balls on a lame effort like that.

Odd you mention the time outs. I thought we wasted just about all of them. Took most on D if I recall. Made no sense to give their O more time.
