This will be my first blasphemous choice.  I love Days of Thunder, despite it being half of the movie Raging Bull is.  Raging Bull is a good flick, but very slow.

^^^ Yep...blasphemy.  Would you vote the same way if this were a WWJV piece?

Sure....I mean, I can only judge on the things I enjoy.  I have a guilty pleasure about Days of Thunder, but when it's on, I'm like "Fuck yes...rubbin' is racin'."  Now, I know that Raging Bull is the better made, deeper movie with more meat to it.  But I didn't connect with it so much.

I really want to make an informed decision here, and I feel like I'm going to wait till the last possible moment to vote on this one so I can actually watch both of these movies and make a choice.  I feel like I want to vote Days of Thunder, but I also feel like Raging Bull is a classic.  I am torn.

Gotta feeling that Days of Thunder is a 13th seed.  Evil

Robert Duvall needs to be given credit too. He's the best one in the movie.

Raging Bull.  Days of Thunder was great in its own way but there are many other movies that better capture the spirit of NASCAR.
