2) Tampa isn't having issue selling tickets

I think they had one home game on TV last year.

I think once NY releases him this offseason, some crappy team will scoop him up as a 3rd stringer and eventually give him a shit.

Reports are coming out that Tampa is backing away because the Jets are asking for THREE picks.  Talk about greedy

without knowing the medicals, if he is healthy he is worth it. If the rehab is coming along slow then they will have to settle for 2 picks probably

For a guy who is gonna cost a boatload of money and is coming off a major injury, I wouldn't give up two picks.  I don't care how good he was.

And that's why your future as an NFL GM looks bleak  Wink

Exactly. If he was the FINAL piece to a championship team, fine. He's not. Coming off a major injury with ridiculous contract demands = not worth the headache.

It's about to go down.

Jets gonna have 2 first round picks on Thursday night. Interesting to see if they take a QB with one of them

Just got a B/R that the Bucs have agreed in principle to the trade.

Pending a physical the trade is complete.

TB to pay Revis $15 mill a year

Jets are going to get "multiple" draft picks in return from TB

Agree completely...Tampa got hosed.

I'm just glad my beloved 49ers were smart enough to stay the hell away from this deal.

Bucs sent their 2013 first rounder and their 2014 4th rounder for Revis, then signed him for 6 years/$96 Million with NO guaranteed money. Yes, NO guaranteed money.

Sounds fine to me for the Bucs.
