I heard that Mark Sanchez threw a going-away party for Tebow when the news broke... but it was intercepted and run back for a touchdown.

I think NE could be a good fit.  It is one of several teams where there would be no QB controversy.  And his flexibility would be great in NE no huddle offense.   Assuming of course Tebow is willing to forgo being a QB to become a TE/RB.

Lots of teams would be a good landing spot if he doesn't play QB.

I hope he goes to JAX or some other team that can play him at QB, so he has an opportunity to fail and the Persecuted Christian Complex can come to an end.

Does the fact that I read the following ESPN headline and got a big smile make me a bad person?...

A new low for the New York Jets
From start to finish, Tim Tebow debacle was Gang Green's worst move ever

Great move by the Jets.  Seriously.  This is 1 year overdue.

Seriously?  As compared to trading up of for Sanchez or drafting Gholston?

At first, I was going to disagree with you. But, him failing on a team (not named the jets) is the only way to put this story to bed.

If he is going to play QB it will be in the CFL. Even though it is not by his own doing, he brings too much drama with him for any NFL team to risk it. His only chance of playing in the NFL, barring a successful run in the CFL, will be to play another position.

Several teams offered to trade for him, if he moved to TE or another position. He refused. No one wants this guy as a QB in the NFL.

He isn't an NFL football player at QB or any other position. The guy can't cut it at this level.

He had a few shining moments a couple years back but aside from that he is a one-hit wonder.  Maybe the biggest one-hit wonder of all time in the NFL.
