Kind of hard to feel like giving out game balls but there were some good performances.

Mine goes to Lamar Miller. Miller rushed 11 times for 62 yards, which is a 5.6 yards per carry average. Not too shabby.

Honorable mention to Paul Soliai who was a huge reason our run defense returned. Ireland ...pay the man!!

Soliai.

And I am pretty sure Ireland already "paid the man".

Miller. He is getting better each week. He had his best game of the year last night

Brandon Fields. Can't give it to anyone directly responsible for scoring or stopping the opposition from scoring on a night like that.

Miller had a good game, but not in comparison to what the guy he replaced is doing this year. Didn't Bush have more yardage in the first half Sunday than any game Miller has played as a pro? If Miami would have used Bush like Detroit is (or like NO uses Sproles) I wonder if Miller would have even been drafted by Miami. -EK

He's not signed after this season.

I have a funny feeling both Starks and Soliai will be back next year.  We have the cap space and both want to be here. I think all parties will make it work when all is said and done

I feel like the game ball goes to Brent Grimes.  You didn't hear his name called all night, except for the time Jimmy Graham made him a rag doll on the holding call.  That's because he had his side shut down.  Good for him.

Heading into this week I believe he was the #1 rated CB in the entire league.

Odrick & Soliai both gave some good effort.

Jamar Taylor has that capability.  Unfortunately, we can expect to see very little of it this year because his injury set him back big time and he is way behind the learning curve.

Based on what?  He is very good CB.  Best CB in the league is a stretch.

I didn't say he was the best CB in football (he clearly isn't)...I said he was rated the best after 3 games this season. Through the PFF rating system.

Seriously?  So he's a garbage player now because he missed the first three games?  Sometimes, I don't know where you get this stuff.
