If this line could just pass block, I'd be ecstatic.  I'll worry about who can do what if they can just keep Tanny upright.  Because Jerry and Clabo are so completely awful at everything this season, I have very low hopes on this front.
It's amazing how much better they would be at pass blocking if we could run the ball.

That's on Sherman as we don't attempt to run the ball enough

^^^ Or maybe on Philbin for pushing the passing game. Wasn't Green bay a pass happy team when he was the OC as well?

How much of that is because of the talent on the field in GB, though? If you have Rodgers at QB, I don't believe it's a stretch of logic to be a pass happy team. -EK

Possibly.  If I was a coach I would pass more if I had a QB like Rodgers, Brady or Peyton. I would run more if I had an RB like LT or AP.  If my RB and QB was equally talented (or untalented) I would be more balanced.  The Dolphins don't have a superstar at either position, a balanced approach makes the most sense.  Of course if you constantly playing from behind, you need to throw more.  If you have a comfortable lead -- run more.

^^ I'd argue that Tannehill is more effective right now than Miller/Thomas, so passing makes sense.  But, in absence of a running game, short outlet passes are a necessity.  Haven't seen any of that either.  Need to mix it up more.

Tannehill might be a bit more effective than your running backs.  But it is not the delta you have in Greenbay, NE, etc.

How much does Danny Watkins suck that he can't even be active for gamedays with our piss poor o-line? Seriously. He has been here a month now so it can't be not knowing the playbook.
