Who are the fish fans rooting for?

Chiefs are the last of the the unbeaten so if the Browns win the '72 crotchety old men can uncork their champagne.

OTOH, a Browns loss helps the fins in the wildcard battle.

To me the Wild Card battle is already over.  The Dolphins have to win the division to make the playoffs.

In reality, I don't even care about this game, other than I have Josh Gordon on my fantasy team.

I cannot recall the last time I was less concerned about an undefeated team than I am about the Chiefs right now.  In order to go undefeated, they have to do all of the following:

- beat DEN twice
- beat SD twice
- beat IND
- win 3 playoff games

I don't think they will do any of the above, much less all.

KC isn't going to go undefeated...so Perfectville will remain an exclusive neighborhood.

They ought to decimate the Brownies though, on both sides of the ball.

Going to agree with a few others.....I am not in the least bit concerned about KC going undefeated. In fact I wouldn't even begin to think about it until they were at least 12-0.

How do you bet on games and is it legal?  I thought bookieing was an illegal practice.

Add me to the long list that thinks that KC is the biggest fraud of the mid-season undefeateds that I've ever seen.  I mean....they're a good team, fine -- but absolutely no fear of them running the table.

Like Brian, I don't see a wild-card path for the Fins and unless they just turn their season around and win the division; the outcome of this game just doesn't matter.

I don't think they're a fraud. Their defense is too good at creating turnovers and getting to the QB to be a fraud. They lead the league in both of those categories and are 5th in total D. That doesn't say fraud. WIll they go undefeated? No, of course not. If that's the criteria for not being a fraud though, it's pretty limiting. Realistically, I see them finishing in the 11-5 area. -EK

Actually, leading the league in turnover ratio does say fraud.  As I have previously pointed out, the last ~10 teams to lead the league in turnover ratio have averaged less than half of 1 win in the playoffs (where you play against teams that don't beat themselves for you).

There is only one team in the AFC that is a better overall squad than KC this season, and that is Denver.

And as I previously pointed out, your method of analysis is ridiculous. If you make the playoffs at all, how much of a fraud can you be?? The very act of making the playoffs- irrespective of how you do when you get there- says you must be doing something better than the 62.5% of the league that didn't make the playoffs. -EK
