The Rams are so desparate for quarterback help they called a guy who is in his mid 40s and has been retired three years rather than turn to the waiver wire.

While not as amusing, what apparently happened was that the Rams were talking with their young quarterback Austin Davis' agent, Bus Cook, who also just happened to be Favre's agent. Not a stretch to see how easy it would be to make a "Hey, what about Favre?" comment and have it turn into a story.

If you think the Rams contacting Favre, is bad, if Tannehill keeps getting sacked at the rate he has been, the Fins are going to ask Larry Little and Jim Langer to come out of retirement.   Grin

That would have been funny to see Favre come back all juiced up on pain killers so he could get rockedlike a sack of potatoes. Ramsies desperate to put 20 people in the stands.
