Big win last night.  I was happy after the game, as I imagine most Dolphins fans were. 

Reading on Twitter, the DolFan Bandits tweeted a picture of the scoreboard that said "DOLPHINS WIN!"



Mostly positive responses from their followers, and then I see this gem...

@DolFanBandits c'mon, you're not helping the cause by applauding a 'circumstantial' win when the team played awful.

Exactly what cause should they be "supporting?"  The Fire Ireland Foundation?  The Steven Ross Haters of America?

I don't understand this mentality.  Its week 9 - are people really this densely combative?

I agree with your point Brian but fact of the matter is a major crisis was averted with this win.  Both Ireland and the coaching staff would've been in the crosshairs had this team blown the game

Some fans are clueless and know nothing about football and others just love being negative no matter what! You found the proof of it last night on twitter! Most fans are clueless.

The only way a person isn't happy about a win is if they have ulterior motives.  We have a lot of miserable fans right now who just want to stay in Eyore mode for whatever reason.  I was happy with lots of positives last night. This is the NFL and if New England and even Dan Marino has proved anything it's that it just matters if you win. Stats mean nothing.

I saw, I just chose not to respond. Unlike you, I don't attempt to start a conflict in every thread I can. Your childish comments neither add anything to the board (which is why, I suspect, Dave removed them) nor do they warrant a response (which is why I mostly ignore/report them, rather than engage you). -EK
