Hey everyone,

Just a heads up on some things going on:

Because this Incognito thing seems to be very heated, we're going to be moderating these threads closely and may lock threads where rules are not being overly broken, but we feel that the conversation is stagnant....or if the thread is meandering off-topic too much.  If you have more relevant things to discuss about an off-shoot of the Incognito/Philbin thing, please start a new thread if your existing one is locked, and title it accordingly with your new direction.

Also, we've temporarily censored the N-word, not because we're P.C. or sensitive about it, but because it's so prevalent on the boards right now and many of us access the site at work, we're afraid that excessive slurs on a company log might spell problems for some of us.
