From the FOX interview with Jay Glazer. Jonathan Martin sent a text to Incognito..."I am going to murder your whole F'n family." It was that kind of back and forth banter the two had with each other.

Jay Glazer reporting 1,142 texts going back and forth within the last year alone between Richie and Martin. With racist talk going both ways. Martin to Richie. Richie to Martin.

Jay Glazer confirmed that he actually saw the text too.

If this is true, and I believe it is, Martin should be sued by Incognito and the Dolphins organization and Richie should be back in uniform ASAP. This whole thing is ridiculous.

Glazer has copies of all 1,142 texts and said the racist talk went both ways. Martin is as big a racist as Richie is!

The lawsuit should be gone after seeing this, as are all the claims of bullying. If the NFL intends to suspend or fine Incognito, Martin should receive the exact same punishment. Anything other than that WOULD be racism.

This only exonerates Incignito for his alleged behavior towards Martin.  It doesn't clear other teammates who may have bullied Martin and it sure doesn't get rid of the fact that the coaches made Incognito a leader on this team

Gonna be tough for Martin to cry he was bullied when he too sent racist texts to a teammate, he pulled pranks on teammates, and he was part of the culture he ended up hating. Martin and the bullying defense just went out the window.

What is everyone's fixation on the race issue? Telling some one you will slap their mother and kill their family will not be excused by a billion texts send back and forth. -EK

Then why did Martin's lawyer bring up the voice-mail/texts his client was getting from Richie? Whey did he make that public?  I will tell ya why, he wanted to paint his client, Martin, as the victim and he wanted to use that as evidence of abuse he was receiving in the locker-room. The fact Martin was texting the same racist and mean spirited stuff back to Richie for over a year means Martin isn't a victim of bullying by Richie.   So, now the question becomes what is Martin upset over?

Martin is also claiming he was beaten up by fellow Dolphins players. Name names, give a date and time, prove it. Martin was quick to throw Richie under the bus but is protecting a player or players who physically beat him up? That makes no sense at all!!! Martin and his lawyer can make all the claims they wants but he has to prove it and back it up. His "racist voice-mail" he put out there has already blown up in his face

Face it EK, it's crystal clear now what happened. Martin couldn't hack it in the NFL and he quit on his team. He then talked to some people who convinced him to make Incognito the reason, but it was a smoke screen for the real reasons. Martin and Incognito were friends and felt comfortable enough with each to text a lot of stuff that's very inappropriate unless you are friends. The unfortunate thing about all of this is that it was COMPLETELY avoidable if Martin would have just went to the team with the issues he was having and they could have helped him. This is a tragedy indeed, but the tragedy is that none of this had anything to do bullying or racism, it all has to do with the locker room culture that exists in the NFL and the failure of Martin to be able to deal with it or ask for help to deal with it. Incognito was NOTHING but a scapegoat.

^^^^^^ Exactly. Which goes right in line with your earlier comments and everyone else's belief in the Team Concept. A concept that Martin & Co. are finding out the hard way. Can't wait to hear Martin's explanation.

He did go to the team.  The team told him to punch Incognito.

Martin's lawyer now tweeting that Martin's text to Richie saying he was going to murder his family was a "joke".

Call me crazy couldn't Richie say his text to Martin was a joke?!

Martin is not coming back. Not to Miami or any other NFL team, he is done as a player. He is now a punchline.
