This team has beaten another team that was contending for the playoffs today.  Last week, they lost to one of the worst teams in the league.  What gives?

This is the NFL! It's like this for a lot of teams. Not just a "Miami thing".  Colts got blown out at home to the Rams...it happens! SF has played like garbage at times this year. Unless you are Denver or KC every team has had a couple hiccups this year or looked like crap and were lucky enough and pulled one out of their rear end.

You also have an away vs a home game. It's hard to win on the road against any team.

I think outside of just mentally shanking it at the Saints game it really comes down to Xs and Os in the trenches. We have 5 wins and 2 are away. It has more to do with how our o-line stacks up than anything if you ask me. The more time Tannehill gets the more reads he gets. The more our running backs can get room the better they run.

To be honest, the loss last week has killed much of my enthusiasm for the season.  We'll see when some more division games are played.

Yeah, that's about it. When they fail to beat teams that they should beat (Buffalo and Tampa), which would put them in great position for the playoffs, there goes any real hope of making it. I watch the games but I'm no where near as happy as I would be if they actually had a real shot.
