Wait, wait- tell me more about how Miller was an upgrade over Bush. Remind me why Wallace will be a better receiver than Marshall. Reiterate why it was a smart move letting Long walk. You want clueless? That's clueless! -EK

-Wallace doesn't get arrested, Marshall always does. You are MR. NO THUGS AND GANGSTA's now right? Get rid of Incognito for being a bully but keep around multiple time wife beater?

-Bush is old and was average last year in Miami, would rather pay Miller far less than overpay for an old RB

-Miami offered Long MORE money than St.Louis, if Long took less money to go elsewhere that's on him. Nothing Miami could do!

Why are we still debating this?

And you want to draft a guy (if he isn't in jail) about to be charged with rape...great. More off the field drama in Miami.

He's not going to be charged

doesn't make him innocent!!! Just makes him a guy with some off the field issues to be concerned about going forward

And yet, NO ONE is coming to your defense or agreeing with you. Speaks volumes.

The fact that you don't actually work for an NFL team should clue you in that maybe you don't know any more than anyone else. Tannehill is not a franchise QB and no matter how much that pisses you off, it's reality. -EK

You don't work for an NFL team either!! Are you a total moron? You might be!! I mean that is the dumbest response to a post ever on this site by you!

And because nobody responds to my post within 3 minutes doesn't mean nobody agrees with me. And honestly I don't care if anyone on here agrees with me, the opinion of people that work in the league agree with me. Which they do.

You are clueless when it comes to QB;s (Praising Tebow and Sanchez but ripping Tannehill).  He had another 300 yard day today vs a so called "GREAT DEFENSE."
With a patchwork offensive line, fair to decent WR's and TE's and no dominant RB to bail him out. Tannehill IS the whole offense and the defense knows it. That he is able to look average under these conditions in his second year in the league is a testament to his ability. It's not a given that he'll be a great QB when they fix these issues, but he'll be more than capable of leading the team into the playoffs and beyond. He is far and away the best QB that Miami has had since Marino at this point in his career. Only Chad Pennington was able to do more, but that was after years in the league as a seasoned vet. If Pennington had this line he would have been out by week 3.

No, I don't, but I'm also not calling everyone who disagrees with me a moron. The opinion of people that work in the league certainly does NOT back you up. I didn't see anyone else clamoring to draft Tannehill. In fact, some people who worked in the league had him rated far behind Nick Foles, and as I recall, someone referred to him as a the second coming of Jamarcus Russell. I also haven't seen a single coordinator or opposing player say that he's a franchise QB or that they need to be concerned about his ability. I have heard, recently, from someone who covers the league that Tannehill would have cost a coach his job had he been drafted earlier. -EK

I still like Tannehill. His repoire with Wallace sucks and he needs more accuracy on his deep passes, but he has very good agility and a good arm. Of all the problems this team has, I am not worried about him nor am I worried about the running game.

If we don't break the bank on free agent O-Line players, then I am worried.

Exactly, Thank You someone get's it!! Tannehill probably won't be the next Brady, Peyton, Rodgers, or Brees. But he might be the next Eli. And I got no problem if his ceiling is Eli. I got no problem if that's his ceiling. As a QB who when you put a team around him is good enough to lead the team to wins.  Tannehill with this o-line, no running game at all, and with the injuries to Keller and Gibson is having a very good year. To think about replacing him is beyond stupid on every level! Only an utter idiot would think about moving on from him and replacing him. Tannehill isn't the problem!!

And for all of the talk of Luck and RGII and the hype they get. Line up all of there stat lines for this year and look at them as of today. They are all identical for the most part. You think Indy and Washington fans want to move on from them? Give me a break! As of today they all have 14 TD's. Tannehill's has the highest completion %, but by a little all are in the same ballpark for the most part. Luck and Tannehill have almost identical yards. RGII has like 200 hundred more yards, essentially they are all equal there.  All of there QB ratings are about the same within a few points (87, 83, 81). INT wise Tanny and RGIII have 11 and 10. Luck has less at 6. Average pass compeltion, 7.3, 7.0, 6.7..again all essentially the same.  Not like one guy is far and ahead better than the other 2. They all are about the same at this point in 2013.  Think Indy and Washington are thinking about moving on from there 2nd year QB's? Seriously some of you people need to wake up and get a clue!

Shannhan wanted to draft him at #6 and liked him over RGIII....it came out this week.

When you say stuff that is moronic like Tebow is a Top 10 NFL QB and Miami should move on from Tannehll...expect to be called a moron. That's how it works. When you say stuff that is so insane and out in left field, it's gonna happen! You say it often, hence you get called it often

In fact, some people who worked in the league had him rated far behind Nick Foles, and as I recall, someone referred to him as a the second coming of Jamarcus Russell.
Clearly they were 100% wrong on the Russell comparison. DEAD WRONG. So that opinion was worthless!

The team is what the team is.  An average team.  I'm not all that amped up to see them make the playoffs and get stomped in the first round anyway.  All in all, I still think they are moving (slightly) in the right direction overall.  But they are not a playoff team yet.  And even if they do squeek in somehow, they aren't going far.  I just hope they can get the pieces that are needed to replace the weak areas of the team before the areas that are strong become older and "less good".

You have some inside information from your make-believe teaching job?

LOL. Sorry Landshark, can't just take your word on it. The evidence seems pretty overwhelming with the news of the DNA sample

I've met Willie Meggs (the State Attorney) several times over the years and he never makes a move without everything being in place. The DNA matched but the rape kit showed no signs of trauma.  If it did, Winston would be in jail right now.  No way would they let a rapist roam the campus.  Winston has maintained all along that it was consensual and has witnesses to prove it.  The girl on the other hand originally claimed that she didn't know who get attacker was, then identified Winston a month later.  Meggs is in the process of gathering phone records because apparently the girl and Winston conversed by phone and text before and after this alleged incident occurred.
