He was placed on the non-injury list, meaning he can't return for this season. Miami has the right to pay him his remaining base salary or $0. With a potential lawsuit pending, I imagine they will pay him his salary as if he was a man and still playing.

Doesn't really matter anyway, his career is over. This was just a formality.

Regardless, his career is over. I can't wait for this report to come out. The only thing Miami-related that will happen in January.
