I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but can we fire Philbin now? Time and time again this season the team has come out not ready to play, often in important, must-win or can't-lose games.

Buffalo twice with their injuries and backup QB's.
Snapping the Bucs winless season.
Pissing away about 4-5 games.

Now, in TRULY our most important game of the year, we are being shut out by one of the worst tams in the NFL playing 2nd string offensive starters. It's time for him to go. Keep Ireland if you must, but no more Philbin or Sherman. I would gladly take that fat bastard Rex Ryan over this.

If you can't beat Buffalo when you need too with Thad Lewis at QB and only two receivers... you don't need to make the play off's!   If Buffalo can make you look this bad with Lewis at QB... a good play off team will crush us!

You don't get rid of Philbin. You have to shore up the O-Line first. The only coach I probably want to be let go is Sherman but I don't want the problem of having a new offensive scheme. If we just had an O-Line this would be a very different season. Oh well, there's always next year!
