It was totally about money. And Dansby earlier this year gave an interview where he said when he was in Miami he played 30lbs overweight the entire time  and was never in "game shape". He said he got fat and lazy. His "wake up call" was when he got released. That's when he lost the weight and became more serious again. Those are HIS WORDS. Can't blame the GM and Head Coach for wanting a guy who is overweight and not taking things seriously gone

But you can blame the GM for bringing his overweight, out of shape ass to this team in the first place.

He wasn't overweight when he signed him. He was the TOP FA Linebacker on the market coming off a huge year  Roll Eyes

Dansby signed the deal and got lazy. Can't blame the GM (or anyone) for that. Dansby himself admitted it. I know you got a hard-on for Ireland and want to blame him for everything, but in "reality" you can't! Not everything is his fault. Lot's of stuff is...but not everything!
