Unless a team volunteers to do it one of these 8 teams released by the NFL today will be FORCED to be on Hard Knocks according to the new rules.

Bears
Bills
Cardinals
Giants
Jaguars
Raiders
Rams
Steelers

To me its the Giants or Steelers. The opportunity to "force" one of those 2 elite NFL franchises to be on is few and far between, you don't pass up an opportunity to make them do it.

Making Pittsburgh do it would be just punishment for Tomlin and his trying to trip a player Thanksgiving night.

I think you could add Chicago to that short list with the Giants and Steelers. Big fan base, players that a lot of people know...

I would make Pittsburgh do it just to screw with Tomlin, but you are right Chicago would be right behind them and in there with the Giants and Pitt. Hell following Cutler and Marshall around would be great TV.

I'd take the Steelers, since they are generally a pretty decent team, so you gotta grab them while they're available.

I would go with Steelers.  They won't be on the list too often and no team would get a better draw.  Giants number 2, than the Bears.

I'd pick the Giants over the Steelers.  The Giants (as a franchise) are more likely to engage in a game of musical chairs with the coaching staff, so that potentially limits their future availability (you can't pick a team that has a new coach).

They aren't on the list, but I want to see the Pats forced to do it...just so Hoodie's head explodes.

Ehhh I wouldn't care about Hoodie but that would be absolutely great TV. No more successful team in the last forever and no coach with more of a closed door policy. Lastly don't forget Brady. You know how he loves the attention!

It would be great to see behind the scenes as you know BB would do stupid things just for the cameras. that he wouldn't normally do.

NFL Films did a little behind the scenes with the Pats a few years back. Followed them all year hard knocks style, forgot what they called it. It was good. Belichick just told NFL Films they had to wait 2 years until they aired it, which they did. That's why it didn't get much pub because it was old outdated stuff for the most part

I may be biased..... But I think that is the way to go.....  Let them film/show everything, even clips of the team preparing trick plays just air it two years later.

I wish they would do more of this. Follow teams for a full season. Get the full behind the scenes look. Wait 2 years or so then air it. Very interesting look at the league it provides. The NE/Belichick one was great

Mike, what were the requirements to get on that list?  I vaguely remember you posting them somewhere before
