Finnegan. I want to go Philbin every game, but Finnegan made Geno look like 1984 Marino. He is terrible and has been all season. Your eyes and stats back that up.

Definitely Finnegan who couldn't cover anything today. He talks about retiring.  He should follow through on that.

Honorable mention to Philbin.  We weren't playing for the playoffs.  We were playing for pride.  And we showed none.

Mike Wallace for quitting on the team:

If we knew at the time that Wallace quit the team, we would've voted for him instead of Finnegan.

Recall election!

It is never a good thing when there are so many viable options for SOTG.  Finnegan "earned" it, but Wallace stole it from him with his unacceptable jackassery.

Coyle - this defense has been terrrribbllleee for weeks, and it goes beyond the injuries.  The offense has been dealing with injuries all season, but they have been getting it done for the most part.

Wallace. No excuse for giving up or putting yourself above the team. We were freaking winning for goodness sake when he pulled his power trip. At least Finnegan never gave up.

If Philbin decided to "teach Wallace a lesson" then that episode is completely on the coach.  You sit your best receiver and your offense immediately shuts down?  Learn how to manage your players instead.

I guarantee you that if Philbin hadn't already received his guarantee a week earlier, there is NO WAY Wallace comes out of that game.  Instead of proving how tough he is, Philbin would have tried to actually coach his players and would have made a real effort to get Wallace on board.

Instead, because this game is meaningless to Philbin, he chose to either let Wallace pout or teach him a lesson... at the cost of a loss.  Now there is more unnecessary discord in the locker room.  Philbin is not a smart coach.
