Not a shock as he and Ryan run two completely different schemes.

PLEASE HIRE HIM AND FIRE COYLE. It's rare that a coordinator this good is available this late in the offseason after the initial mad dash. It's usually just retreads but Schwartz is good. This can make 2015 not a total waste.

This would be a great pick up.

he is exactly what Miami needs on defense but this coaching staff and organization is clueless. And under Philbin they are bound for 8-8 or 9-7 at best next year and out of the playoffs. So Schwartz would only be here a year anyway so whats the point. Let Philbin go down with Coyle at this point and just blow it up after next year

How do you go about securing Schwartz, if that's what you wanted to do? Even remotely talking to him or his agent and it's gonna leak all over the place. Really, you have to start by firing Coyle. And then what happens when Schwartz doesn't want to go to Miami? Then everyone here is going to be screaming that Ross botched it again.

I guess we get to find out if Rex is a better defensive coach than Schwartz.
