The rumor that will never die as long as Chip Kelly is in Philly.

Media bullcrap... Look at the way the article is laid out, and it is pretty clear that the author is just looking at possibilities for getting something in return for a nickel corner that he thinks the team should get rid of.

actually Omar Kelly was spouting this rumor and a few people who don't know Omar and his "reputation" took it seriously and ran with it

Exactly...media bullshit... Which bull's asshole it squeezed out of is irrelevant.

Fins press conference today and it was insinuated that Jordan won't be on this team come September. Does that mean they trade him next week or is he cut flat out at some point between now and September. Dion wasn't at the workouts this week and it is now being reported he was told to stay away (so no risk of him injuring himself in any way so they can potentially trade him next week). Dion and his agent might be leaking info too it seems like per reports.

Hickey and Tannenbaum answered everything today on all topics, but when it came to Jordan they tap danced around all of those questions.

I have no idea how they move him with that contract honestly and the cap hit they take...but maybe they have a way to make it work and fit it into the Salary Cap. Should be interesting to see in the coming months.

Everyone keeps mocking Dion Jordan 2.0 (Arik Armstead) to my beloved 49ers, and every time I see it, I just cringe inside...

Why does it feel like Jordan will be traded to PHI for Tannenbaum's one-time prodigy, the Sanchize?

God I hope not. If anything, I would think it would be that guard the been trying to deal.

No chance that happens. They just re-signed Sanchez and Miami just gave Moore a deal.

IF he is traded it will be for a conditional 5th rounder or something probably

I would do that and all fans would do that. But the Fins probably don't want to pay Mathis $6 mill or so this year and be on the hook for his contract next year. Plus he is older and aside from Jennings they have avoided all guys over 30 and paying them anything decent.

They wouldn't be on the hook for his contract next year. They can cut him after this season with ZERO dead cap.

I could see Jordan part of a trade on draft day to move up some spots.

If Tannenbaum found way to trade Ellerbee and Wallace I am sure he can find some team to give up something, anything for Dion Jordan!

Hearing tonight that Jordan's suspension last year voided out some guaranteed money in his deal in 2015 and 2016....so it is easier to cut him
