A Nebraska woman identifying herself as the "ambassador" for plaintiffs "God and His Son, Jesus Christ," is suing all homosexuals on Earth for breaking "religious and moral laws," according to court records filed Tuesday.

So many things wrong with this woman.  She's asking the US judicial system to determine if being gay is a sin.  She clearly doesn't comprehend what courts are for.  Sadly, she represents the mindset of the conservative Christian agenda.

I'm curious about the opinion of the folks on this forum.  Do you support this woman?

Further proof that our litigious society allows any lawsuit to be filed, thereby wasting tax payer money on a joke of a lawsuit (calling it frivolous would be unfair to the word frivolous). The sad part is that once in a while, and way too often, there is a judge that will find merit with a lawsuit as ridiculous as this one.

Sooooooooooooo stupid. If someone on this forum agrees with her, can they be banned?  Grin If only the courts could do something to her.

No way around allowing it to be filed.  Will take all of 30 seconds to be dismissed.  It was filed pro se, no atty would touch it.

The only thing that's unfortunate is that we're giving the woman any publicity, which is the whole point.  Lawsuits like this aren't even real.  They just get thrown out immediately and there's nothing to be done.  The lady probably even has to pay a filing fee, so whatever.
