Anyone else concerned these drives are only getting TDs because of playing 4 downs? Otherwise we come away with lots of FGs.
Not so much. And I am going to say this after watching some preseason games, with the new extra point rule I am not so sure Miami
(and other teams with talent at the skill positions) shouldn't go for 2 almost every time. I mean if you have strong WR's, good TE's, a strong QB and an above average RB....why not go for 2? I would roll the dice on a short 2pt conversion rather than a longer kick (even if you have a good kicker)....risk reward is so there to go for 2 almost every time!
Miami's biggest problem is the o-line. I rewatched the first half of the Panthers game and Billy Turner was pathetic. I mean he was so friggin bad its not even funny. He gets blown up on run plays and he lets blockers by with ease in the passing game. They cannot start him week 1 of the season, he is that bad! When defenses start to gameplan and try....he will get destroyed.
