Albert OUT today

Turner isn't active....cause he sucks! Says a lot that he isn't active anymore. Time to.cut him and move on

Jamil Douglas ranked 74 out of 75 guards. Never played the right side before until the Fins moved him to RG in the middle of training camp. He completely missed guys on Sunday and let defenders who were right in front of him come in untouched and hit Tannehill. With all of that said....the coaches feel he is better than Billy Turner and are sticking with Douglas per Philbin yesterday.

Billy Turner must be the worst offensive linemen of all time!!

^^^Just out of curiosity, who was 75th??

Also, 32 teams times 2 guards per team = 64.  Wow, that makes him really bad.

No idea who 75th is....I would bet a $1 its Dallas Thomas...lol

Actually I think Dallas is ranked 72nd I read on Monday

Albert is supposedly day to day with a hamstring but it's not looking good. Team would probably be best served to not play him so he has 2 weeks to rest. Read in a few places that Jason Fox wasn't terrible, so.....yah?

Miami Herald Reporting that Billy Turner isn't starting over Douglas because Turner doesn't use the "technique" that offensive line coach John Benton likes.  Turner said its very different than what he used in college and in college he just used straight up power.

Not shocking a Div IAA player can't pick up NFL techniques and is a total project if not a a total bust. Another wasted 3rd round pick

Albert is practicing today in full pads so it looks like he will be playing.

The O-Line coaching has sucked!!  Normally I'd probably go along with Benton, but this just comes across as a coaches' ego getting in the way, same as Philbin has been for over three years.

GOOD.  No point in having him stay injured just to try and save a coach's job; like Long & Sparano.

I'm glad they are sitting him too.  With a bye next week, let him heal up.  I'd much rather have him healthy the rest of the year than risk making the injury worse by putting him out there this week.

Rest of the year might not matter. If they get to 1-5 or 1-6 or so and have an interim coach should just put Albert on IR and end his season. I mean what's the point of playing him when the outcome of the games are meaningless in a lost season
