The Bills released Fred Jackson yesterday, which seems kind of crazy because he was the most healthy RB they had.  I thought Bellicheat would have picked him up overnight, but apparently he is headed to Seattle for a visit.  I would love to see the Dolphins sign him for a couple reasons - he's a great veteran, decent pass catcher, and probably most of all a good pass protection blocker.  Sure he's older and has been fighting injuries the last couple years, but with Miami he wouldn't be asked to be the primary RB.  Thoughts?

I don't think so.  Not worth the pricetag, our backs seem fine.  It's just not a position where I like to spend money unless you're getting a game-changer and I don't think Fred Jackson is that.

I'd take him for the right price.  He's probably an upgrade over Damien Williams.

I could see the benefit he would add.  With the same frame of mind they had when they brought in Moreno last year.  But I would only do it at a bargain bin price or highly weighted toward the incentives side.

He is trying out in Sea.  I think his preference is not an Afce.

He is 34 years old and his YPC was beyond awful last year. He is shot as a player. Totally washed up

What? The Dolphins have more backs than they know what to do with now. They are gonna have cut someone better than Fred Jackson.

Monte Ball might be cut by Denver. THAT would be someone Miami should consider. Better than James and more upside down the road.

Fred Jackson is NFL road kill....keep driving, no need to stop!!
