I see 3-4 that I'd be comfortable with, but I went with one that ISN'T Miami or New Orleans...

Pretty sure I see the same one, and I'm going with it this week.

There is actually 2 and I am going back and forth with them. But I don't trust the Saints and the Jags at home coming off a loss could be dangerous in this type of game. I see 2 other better options on the board

There are a couple other tasty options but to me they are no better than Miami as a valid choice.

The Saints are one of the teams I like to get out of the way early.  They're a hard team to judge and seem to vary greatly from week to week, despite having a lot of potential.

I'll help even more...it's always good to get your Jets, Jaguars, Raiders and Buccaneers picks as early in the season as possible.

You know, just because I'm a helpful guy...   Grin

^^ why?  you can realistically go the entire season without picking any of those teams.  Ever.

Game scares the hell out of me. I don't like taking road teams in this type of contest, especially early in the year. Plus Team (Jax) opening up with 2 games at home, looks bad week 1, you know they will be motivated week 2 to play better.  I am avoiding this game at all costs!

I agree.  But, I needed to use the Saints another week down the road.  I don't like Baltimore vs Oakland for the same reasons - travelling across the country to play a home game in Oakland.  Similar Cleveland, Johnny Football at home, against what appears to be a hot Titans team.  Rams on the road vs Washington?  None of these are easy gimme games this week - including Miami.

That game isn't as big a lock as everyone thinks.  Tampa usually plays the Saints hard, no matter what their record is.

Having said that, I still expect NO beat TB.
Glad I didn't take NO lol.

kicking myself so hard. Was going to go with Pitt all week. SF coming east on a short week playing at 1pm. Hyde and his performance scared me, switched to Baltimore last second and will now probably lose

Washington won, Oakland won, Jacksonville won and Tampa Bay won. Today was the Eliminator-killer...
