Cracked ribs from last night's game.  The team may stash him on the IR in order to hold on to him.  Too bad.  He looked very impressive last night.   This opens the door for James/Gillislee to sneak onto the roster

I've been waiting for that for what seems like forever. He is a local kid who I've been rooting for. It seems like he is starting to figure it out but I just don't know if that will be enough to keep him.

What's the prognosis? Cracked ribs shouldn't put him on IR, maybe PUP.

Reports are that he's staying on the active list so it doesn't look like he has created another roster spot.

He can't go on PUP per the rule. He can go on IR designated to return. Each team can only use 1 player for that spot though for the entire season.

Report out today that LaMike James made the roster for Miami.

If he fumbles a punt deep inside Miami terriority like he did last night he won't have a job very long I am guessing

Saw that Ajayi stays on the 53-man roster, so no IR for him.  That's good.  Saw another report that said he might even try to play with kevlar.

Safe to say LaMike James will probably be cut tomorrow. Can't fumble a kickoff then when replaced by Landry he takes a punt back for a TD.

Need to add at least add 2 tight ends with the Sims concussion and only 1 TE on the roster. Jones also hurt his hamstring and might miss time, need more secondary help. James has to go

Yep, as soon as James fumbled that ball, I looked over at my wife and said, "In Shula's day, he wouldn't sniff the field the rest of the day and he would be bringing his playbook to the coach's office as soon as they get back to Miami."
