They are all gonna be fired at the end of the year. Getting rid of Philbin in 8 days is the first step

Firing Philbin does nothing but appease the fans. This team has way more issues than head coach.

I thought that was the plan when he got here. All I heard was about a quick uptempo offense. Where is it? They put too much though process into the play selections and outsmart themselves instead of just playing.
