If you read her tweets you would understand this more. It shows a history going back years of outbursts and profanity against the police. Meaning she is trying to hide everything or erase as much as possible before going to court and facing 2 felony charges for assaulting the police. I'm sure a court order could get that account back open and access to those tweets if they wanted to.

But assaulting a cop and resisting arrest with violence might be enough to send her to jail for a while. A short while but she is facing some very serious charges that do carry time.
