THE ASSCLOWN AWARD

« on: October 19, 2015, 12:47:54 am »

Absolutely amazing.

I picked the perfect week, too.  Two of the afternoon games, the Broncos/Browns, and Lions/Bears, came right down the wire.

I need to get it now.

How many of you have it now?

I was at a friend's house once and he had it on before the Dolphins game started. I'll be honest, I didn't care for it. Let me watch one game and get into a groove. I'm probably in the minority though.

In most cases, I prefer to stick to one game that is of interest to me, but sometimes I'll just throw it on Red Zone and let them bounce me around the league to see the highlights.

It's great when one tv has redzone and another has a game your interested in.

I'm not a huge fan. Channel is great if your a degenerate gambler or take "fantasy football" way too seriously where you need up to the minute updates.

I am the biggest fan of RedZone.  I love it and think it's worth every cent.  I've heard some people say that it's too frantic, but I don't find that to be the case at all.

There is so much down-time in football, that you can essentially watch the important parts of all the games.  If you miss something, they go back and pick it up.

I don't do it when my team is playing -- I just watch the Dolphins game.  But for the 4PM games and even during halftime, it's RedZone all the way.

Frantic is a good word to describe it. I feel its way to frantic.

I have had it for the last 2 or 3 years.  I thought it was "okay", but was never all that excited about it.  Then I started playing FanDuel this year and now I have a whole new appreciation for the RedZone Channel.  LOL

Frantic is exactly the word that was escaping me. It isn't the way I care to watch football. I can get those exact highlights from watching the games recapped and it comes in what I feel is a cleaner more cohesive manner since they talk about one game at a time and follow the game chronologically.

Since I rarely get Dolphins games here, the majority of my NFL watching is Red Zone.  It's usually either that, or 49er/Raider games that I have little interest in.

I like it if there isn't any one game on that interests me.
