We've never beat them even when we were supposed to. The Houston Texans lead the series 7-0 with 3 of those wins coming in Miami. Now add in the fact the Dolphins typically struggle after having big games and this weekend looks pretty gloomy. With all that said I have think we opened the flood gates last weekend and can just relax and play.

I see us winning a close game and further giving us DolFans hope that we can do this before they break our hearts again.

Just listened to the Dan Campbell on Sun Sentinel
Miami Dolphins interim head coach Dan Campbell on which players stepped up to the challenge.

Dan Campbell on players stepping up

He knows the history of this team after a big win. We as fans know it, but more importantly he said in the press conference, something that Philbin would never say or least drive home the point.

Now that doesn't mean I've drank the entire Kool-Aid pitcher, but MIA can get after the QB and stop the run IMO.  Def backs have got to play sound football and cover Hopkins.

I like our chances here, if they come with fire/passion like last week.  If they follow that game plan, 28-13 or 28-17 sounds reasonable to me.

Miami needs someone on the o-line to keep J.J. Watt's hands down. If I see them just punching him in the chest...

Hmm, tough one. O-Line has a huge test, but our newfound commitment to the running game should keep them honest. Then again, we just love to make shitty QB's seem like legends.

Miami 24
Houston 23

We win on a last second FG and we ride high into Thursday where we lose by 94.

We never have won against Houston so I think we are finally due. We have to contain Foster and put pressure on Hoyer.

Texans - 17
Phins - 23

As much as I want to jump on the bandwagon, one good game is just not enough to convince me of the turnaround quite yet.   I hope I'm wrong, but I'm going to say:

I will never pick Miami to beat Houston until they prove to me that they actually can.

Hopefully Jadeveon Clowney doesn't play either. He's listed day to day right now.

The history between these two teams has nothing to do with the players that are actually on the teams NOW. I'm jumping on my boys' bandwagon for this week. Houston doesn't scare me.

Miami needs to play two tight ends and just have one out there who's sole purpose is to block JJ.
