Rex Ryan is an utter disaster anywhere he goes and has some of the worst luck I have seen any head coach have. Since their win at Miami Week 3 look at how this team has fallen apart

-Starting QB injured and misses 2 games
-Percy Harvin about to announce his retirement
-Sammy Watkins goes public upset with the coaches and he is now injured
-Mario Williams upset with the coaches and goes public with it
-Lose 2 home games to Giants and Bengals each by double digits (and were very fortunate to get a 1pt win vs the Titans)

The honeymoon for Rex is over and their season has blown up very quickly.

And yet how many people were saying they wish he was our coach? His motivational rah-rah only goes so far. People are comparing Campbell to him but Campbell is doing it differently. He elevates while gaining their respect and i think he will have a more lasting effect on the guys playing for him.

Rex reminds me of a hockey coach who just found a new job, John Tortorella. They come in with a bang and get everyone fired up for a short time and then it fades into dissatisfaction. I must say it appears that it may be happening in Buffalo quicker than I expected.

I agree totally.

He is a great DC but not HC material.   This is not news, I have been saying this since his first year with the Jets

I wanted him in Miami and I am surprised at how quickly it has gone downhill. Like you said, they were handed the Titans win too, so they should be 2-4 with one of those being the Miami win when Miami was in "Hopefully THIS gets us a new coach" mode.

The defense fell apart, it's not even their offense which doesn't appear to be that bad. Tyrod has been okay, pretty up and down but he is essentially a rookie with lots of interning. So, they have to consider themselves lucky he has played this well. No idea what happened to the defense since that is Rex' specialty.

If this team was going to go 8-8, I would've said due to no offense and a great defense. That's not happening so far. Screw them of course, just surprised. In Week 9, I would actually take Miami over them.

Rex Ryan trolled Doug Marrone today by having the Bills whole O-Line serve as honorary captains for the coin toss. Of course, Doug Marrone famously quit Buffalo last year looking for a better HC job and only managed to become the Jags O-Line coach. While Buffalo is paying him $4 Million of course.

It was a funny move except that the Bills lost and are now 3-4 and that includes a gift win by Tennessee and a win over Miami during the Philbin Era. So, Buffalo is one of the worst teams in the NFL and their defense sucks.

His post game press conference was laughable.  He looked like he was going to cry. Huh

^^^ Sammy's comment about "y'all keep working your little jobs..." guarantees that I will NEVER cheer for this guy, even if he ends up on the 49ers or Dolphins. There is no room in my heart for a self-entitled condescending prick like that.

Do they pass out rings for that? Do they throw parades for that? WHO GIVES A SHIT? Getting to the AFC Title game and losing is NOT an accomplishment you brag about.

I wouldn't call putting up a little banner the same as throwing a parade or passing out a ring. Not quit the same level

I realize that we now live in a society where everyone gets a participation trophy and told how special they are.  But I would be freaking embarrassed if I was a player and they had a banner in my stadium that bragged about being a "finalist".
