Here's a question:

Does it make you a great quarterback when your opponents roll over and literally hand games to you, like they do with Brady?

Nice little necro that added absolutely nothing of value (and pretty much repeated what you already posted elsewhere).

It would have been interesting if someone actually did consider him the best QB of all time... Wink

Not in my best list but definitely one of my favorite to watch. He gave it everything, tough as nails and was definitely entertaining to watch. I'm definitively a Brett Favre fan.

With all due respect to Favre, he's not even in the conversation.  He's a legendary player and has been a part of some great games and some great moments, showed longevity, and had a ton of heart and skills.

But best ever?  No.

^ Yes.

Don't know if I agree but I think you have a point.

I can almost guarantee that the Eagles' hands team was feeling more pressure than usual to recover that onside kick.

Also, the offense was feeling more pressure than usual to get that first down to run out the clock.

That's what leads to mistakes such as the fumble.

Brady instills this fear in his opponents.

I loved watching him too.

He had one thing in common in with Brady in his pure passion and true love for the game.

When you say you expect Rodgers to surpass Brady, did you mean you expect him to win more Superbowls?

A lot of people on this site had animosity towards Farve, if I recall correctly.

I think people just got sick of all his farewell tours.

Get out with that nonsense. Winston isn't even the best QB in his division. Or the second best. Or even the third best. He's a good player, no doubt. But let's pump the breaks on HOF talk until he's at least one of the better QBs in his own division.

Bull-oney.  He's probably the second best QB in his division right now.  Brees is clearly declining and Ryan will never be more than slightly above average.  Put him in a clutch situation and he'll shit the bed.  As of right now, Cam Newton is better than Jameis, but he's having a better season than usual.

You can't deny this fact, Jameis has the Bucs at 6-6 and they were the worst team in the league last year.  Good QB play can make a big difference.  Just ask any Dolphins fan.

This is the best of all time, not this year.

Did we mention Johnny Unitas in this discussion yet?
