Bill Maher Said he didn't like Bryce Harper,said he thought he's a D-bag...Then again He's a Met Fan,and a minority owner.

In one article I skimmed he mentioned Bill Maher said could learn to like him,if he was a Met,but then he'd probably mature in a few years,we're all a of a bit of a D-bag.

So are there any athletes you don't like, just because of the team that they play for?

D'brickashaw Ferguson for me is an example, where I have really hard time judging players....I absolutely hate the Effin Jets!

 So I have a hard time appreciating that D'brickashaw Ferguson,He's a jet,even though I know he's a pretty darn good Left tackle.

The St. Louis Cardinals are different animal for me.I have the utmost respect for the organization, and they win a lot of ballgames, and titles.I really would like a few of their players A.Wainwright,K. Wong, and Y.Molina

I revile the St. Louis broadcasters, local media,B.S. Blackout rules, and some their arrogant fans.

Ok, Ok...Enough rambling...

You don't have to worry about Ferguson anymore, he retired.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it, Tom Brady tops my list.

^Tom Brady is also a piece of human garbage and downright scummy person.

Revis comes to mind...I had no reason to dislike him other than he was a Jet/Pat

In football, I hate Richard Sherman, and I'm sure part of that is the fact that he plays for Seattle. Another part of that is just that Sherman is an arrogant gasbag POS.

In basketball, I hate every player who ever puts on a Lakers jersey, with the blue-moon exception of when Luke Walton played there, as he was one of my favorite University of Arizona guys.

In baseball, I pretty much hate 99% of the players who suit up for the Yankees. The notable exception was Jeter, who I had a ton of respect for.

Tom Brady

I just don't get what is it about the guy that makes other teams collapse when they play him, and he literally gets every lucky bounce in the history of the game.

Yep, I used  D'brickashaw Ferguson when I heard the news of his retirement.

Wayne Chrebet is a great answer...

Ray Lucas.  If he had started for a different team, then I wouldn't dislike him at all.

And I'm not talking about when he started for the Jets.

I tend to be the opposite of the topic, as I dislike teams because of a particular player or coach.

Pete Carroll - ever since he made the choking jesture while coach of the Jets I've hated anything he does.

Nick Saban - no explanation necessary.

Kobe - I've never liked him, too cocky and arrogant.  disclaimer: I'm a Celtics fan so not a fan of the Lakers to begin with, but I like many former Laker players.

Ray Lewis - A hypocritical liar that abetted a murderer, hence I have hated the Ravens.  When he starts to speak on ESPN after games I change the channel, then turn back after a few minutes when I think he's done talking.

Jeremy Shockey - That guy was a class A jerk.

Plus, he definitely raped that girl in Colorado...so there's that.  Much like OJ or Ray Lewis, had Kobe not had access to high powered attorneys, he'd be doing time.

You think so?  I'm no fan of Kobe, but it certainly seemed like he did not, once the evidence all came out.

^^^ I think it started off consensual but he did something she didn't like. This part of his statement is pretty damning, " I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter."

The presence of second DNA is also troubling but in the other direction. I have a hard time believing any victim would have sex with another partner within a few days.
