This was posted on another board that I am part of.

The guy reportedly pays $335,000 a year in child support.

Also, he reportedly impregnated somebody AFTER he got a vasectomy.

How is that possible?

Depends on if he waited long enough to clear or he could be one of the special ones. I had a vesectomy but am in the 1% crowd. I still have some sperm and was never cleared by the Dr.  Look up rare nonmotile sperm (RNMS) if you are curious.

I had what I thought what was my first pregnancy scare in March, so I was thinking about doing this, but now it seems like a waste of money.

I sure hope the pull back method is effective.

It deffintiely is not as effective as a vasectomy. Anyway, a doctor does not like to perform on on someone of your age usually.

Take it from someone who went through that "scare" on 5 different occasions, with 4 of them NOT being false alarms...the "pull-back method" isn't very effective at all. If you reeeeeally want to be sure you don't pop any buns in the oven, just park that wienermobile in the back lot.

I don't know much about the procedure, so my first guess would be that it would be harmful to somebody my age.

Gonna look it up now. 

Edit:

I did, and it turns out that it is because they feel a young man might later regret the decision.

They said that sperm banks are costly, too.
