Buffalo to sign Gore to a $2M contract for one year.  Why would Miami not retain him for that price? Granted it's about double the $1.1M Miami paid him this past year; but he seemed to be worth it.  He had a few very good games last season for a backup.

He's probably going to be mentoring Karlos Williams who is coming back from drug suspension.

I'm thinking that the Dolphins liked what they saw in Ballage last year and if they are going into this "rebuild" thing, then it makes sense to go with a young guy as the supplement to Drake. I was a Ballage fan coming out of college, not that my personal stamp of approval means much.    I liked Gore a lot though and hope he does his last year in Buffalo and stays healthy so he can go into retirement feeling well.
