Inaccurate. ESPN's 20,000 simulations have the Dolphins with 5 wins.

The 8 wins is from ONE simulation run that they arbitrarily picked to show scores of every game.

Correct.  And me thinks they specifically picked one outside the norm to create controversy  and clicks.

Good catch. I just skimmed the first part and totally missed that part.

4-12.

Their defense is good enough to keep them in some games.  I'd say 5-11, but they let John Denney go.  Cheesy

I don't care what anyone says. That was a super shitty move on the Dolphins part.

More cap space.   I'm sure the vet minimum for a third year player is way less than for a 15 year player.

While the vet min for a 15 year vet is less than a 3rd year player there is a quirky rule that allows you to sign players with 4+ years at vet min and only a portion counts towards the salary cap.  This move saves Ross cash, but not salary cap space.

I have to admit, I thought they were going to re-sign him, after a roster move of another player and then bring him back.  Was a very bad move on their part, disappointed the way that was handled.

I'm going 6-10, partly because I have a milkshake bet with my boy after Vegas came out with the Win Total of 5 earlier in the Spring.

I think they're gonna escape with a couple lucky wins, lose some heartbreakers where they played well.

Like to think this team will be better prepared for most games & execute better than we've what we've come to expect.  I'm not saying leaps and bounds, but you'll see less of the previous dumb mistakes/penalties

I will set the stadium on fire if we go 6-10 and Rosen does not play like a Top 10 QB.

If fact, since they are going to suck so bad this year. I hope the new long snapper is a thorn in their side every game. Bad snaps, blocked kicks, fumbles, and turn overs all year long Evil

It probably does not bode well for the team this year in that yesterday (4 days before the opening game) when Flores was asked by a reporter if the Fins have settled on who their starting offensive line will be, responded with, "For the most part, yes."    If you aren't entirely sure who your starting offensive line is going to be when you are four days out from your first game, that is a pretty good indication that this season is going to be a dumpster fire size of such enormity that the flames will be visible from Europe.

I welcome any type of fire that gets us that #1 pick.

Given the curvature of the earth, fire in Florida would need to be significantly larger to be seen in Europe than the space station.  Just sayin.
