Not a chance in hell. Lawrence is #1 set in stone. #2 is probably Fields but the Jets may take Penell instead or trade down for more picks. They do not have a lot of talent so that might be their best bet.

If the Jets take Penell, and the Texans lose today giving the Dolphins the #3 pick, that #3 pick will become much more valuable on draft day.

I think the ideal scenario would be getting 3 and trading down a spot or 2 to the Bengals so they can take Penell and we take Chase. Other teams know we won't be drafting Justin Fields so that can hurt our price with the other teams in the Top 10, just like with us last year. We didn't trade up for Tua because we didn't feel that the teams ahead of us would take him. Carolina at 8 could be a good trade down candidate but I don't want to miss out on Chase just for an extra 2nd rounder.
