He gave the Dolphins the best he had when he was in MIA, both sides agreed it was time for him to move on. I hope he has a good post-Miami career.

However I will say something about the first game of the season against us and that interception play that did not draw a flag...
During the play the commentary slammed him for not contesting, before noticing on the the replay Xavier had a handful of the shoulder and immediately correcting what they initially thought. The thing is though, X still ended up getting a free hand up to bat the ball to Holland, while Devante just did not seem to even try anything. The refs just did not see Devante making a contest, and even though that has nothing to do with the rule, it's got to be a factor of how this was missed.
It's something that has dogged his career here (as well as injury) - he just doesn't seem to get the PI calls, even the obvious ones. Somehow he's got to make it more obvious for the refs to throw the flag, even if it's going so far to fake how much he's being impeded.
