^ That just looks like a guy getting set to me.

False start is reacting to the snap or else pulling the defense with movement.  Moving in itself isn't necessarily a false start.

^ I'm with Dave. I can't tell from the angle whether he's set, but I'll give you 3 good reasons it almost certainly wasn't a false start:

1. Wasn't an abrupt movement intended to provoke the defense.
2. The defense didn't react in any way.
3. The ref whose ONLY job it is to look for false starts didn't throw a flag, despite the movement being very, very noticeable.
