It is my understand that for that right foot, it's where his toe hits ground. It's difficult to see where exactly that happens in the second replay.
The refs reviewed it many times, from many angles. They even said they blew it up.

Edit. The nfl officially admitted the refs blew two calls in the bears game. And the pats got screwed against the Vikings. Even if Miami makes the playoffs, I don’t know if it will be satisfying
