https://www.thephinsider.com/2023/3/1/23621042/nflpa-releases-inaugural-team-report-cards-dolphins-pass-with-flying-colors

At the end of the year, the players of each team are asked by the NFLPA how they rank their own franchise in several categories. This is how Miami ranked:

Second overall in the NFL behind the Vikings and somehow the Raiders are 3rd, probably being threatened by ownership to speak nicely or else. What's odd is that we were ranked 18th in "Treatment of Families". Apparently, the players didn't really like the post game family area and accessibility. That seems like a very easy fix and I hope we address it this offseason. Money is usually the deciding factor for players, but if that's equal, they will go with location and how well a team treats it's own players. Helps with free agents and retaining your own.

They always talked about this kind of thing at Web Weekend.  Apparently, the ownership has made this an attractive place to play and coach.

One of the reasons I feel Ross is a great owner.

One of the reasons I feel Ross is a great owner.

His heart and wallet are in the right place and you definitely can't say that about every owner, or even most of them. However, his brain is floating in the ocean 30 miles off of Cuba. That first round pick this year would've been really nice to have but sadly we had dumb-dumb texting out Haikus about how much he loves Brady.

Just so we don't have to start a new thread, the Arizona Cardinals have the worst weight room in the whole league according to the NFLPA. The players actually said it was so old that it was a safety hazard.

Sadly, that's not the worst part. The players are charged for having meals in the cafeteria as well as whenever they eat at team facilities once the season ends. It is deducted from their paychecks. No other NFL franchise does this.

This team is NOT rebounding any time soon. Keep that in mind for your fantasy drafts.

Ross has done a few bozo things, but in general, he's hired people and given them the tools to succeed.   I can't really fault the guy.

Yeah, I would much rather have him as an owner than roll the dice and see who could be next. God forbid we get an owner like the Cardinals or another Jerry Jones who thinks he can be the GM too. Keeping on stupid coaches who trash their outgoing Offensive Coordibnators by saying things like "All he cared about was lighting up the scoreboard" as if that were a negative thing.
