Monday and Tuesday saw the Dolphins holding the first kinda-sorta practice this year. They're off today and wrap up the first OTAs tomorrow. Next week it'll be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and the week after that we'll get the first mandatory mini-camp.

Reports and photos/video from the first couple of days show Tua looking significantly bulked up and wearing the new anti-concussion helmet.

Depends on who you ask. Even though he was throwing stronger than ever more than one anti-Dolphins people were making fun of how fat he has gotten in the offseason.

I saw reports and a pic that Austin Jackson looks like he is in really good shape coming off his offseason ankle surgery. Hope it translates tot he field.

In such a short period of time between the end of season and now, he would add on muscle along with fat. He can get the fat down by the time the season starts once he got the muscle size he wanted. If he showed up to minicamp 20 pounds heavier of only muscle, he would fail a drug test before he started urinating.

That's not true Edge. You can eat healthy and put on still muscle. "Bad" fat doesn't make it come on any quicker. People gain weight and cut because they are lazy. Much of muscle building is done in the kitchen.

Oh, 100%. I'm just saying that between the end of the season and right now, you can't be noticeably larger just from gaining muscle. He's bulking and that will include some initial fat that a pro athlete can easily turn into pure muscle by the time the season rolls around.
