I counted 65. I'd have to question where a lot of these movies fell on the list, but I can't really complain too much about these 100 movies being chosen. There were a few that I questioned should be on the list and some that didn't make the list, but not many. If I came up with my own list, I'd probably have more like 70-75.

How many of the best Sci-Fi movies of all time have you seen?

Some others that are worth mentioning: (I just keep thinking of others that should be on this list.)
I am Mother
Oblivion
Stowaway
Sunshine
Passengers
Gattaca
Starship Troopers
Vanilla Sky
The Day the Earth Stood Still
The Time Machine
Pacific Rim
Alita: Battle Angel
Van Helsing

I have seen 84.

There are a couple I’ve never heard of.

Guessing on 3 of them that "I'm pretty sure I watched" a long time ago:   71

"I'm pretty sure I watched"

I had several of those, too.  I know I saw Repo Men, but it was a lot of years ago and I don't even remember it being Sci-Fi.  I get a little mixed up with sequels, too.  I think I saw Catching Fire, but I didn't watch all of the Hunger Games movies and the ones I did see kind of run together.

There were a couple on the list I hadn't seen the version listed, but I had seen another version for example invasion of the Body Snatchers I saw the Donald Sutherland version, but I didn't count that since it wasn't the version listed. I hadn't seen any of the original Frankenstein movies but of course I've seen other versions. Typically I wouldn't consider a comedy like Ghostbusters really a Sci-Fi movie, but I guess you could count it, but then if you do, where was Young Frankenstein one of my all time favorite movies? I guess everyone has their own ideas of what a great Sci-Fi movie is.

I came across a list of the top 25 sci-fi movies today and some on this list weren't even on the top 100 list. This is closer to what I would envision as the best Sci-Fi movies ever made. I've seen every movie on this list except Metropolis which was made in 1927. I'm not even sure how to watch this movie today.

I have seen all of those.  This is a much more common list of hits, whereas I've seen a lot of other lists that are more about importance or influence, many of which were not super commercial, but laid groundwork for things that did become popular.
