I’m happy with this. I think coaching stability is good, I think he’s a good coach and a good person so I’m glad he will have some time to try and get this to work.

Much as I didn't want to admit it, the Dolphins made the right moves in the off season. I'm not convinced that Tua is the QB of the future, but it's the smart move. Paying Hill was also the smart move. Same with signing McDaniel. None of them may be the right move, but they are all the smart move. This is the best team the Dolphins have had in a very long time and it's smart to lock up those most responsible for that. I'll just keep crossing my fingers that these were all the right moves because if any of them don't pan out, there's not much they are going to be able to do about it for several years now.

Unlike Pappy, I am NOT impressed with the Dolphins off season moves.  BUT I think extending McDaniels makes sense. He is a good coach.  Chris Greer doesn't impress me.

I like both McDaniel and Greer.

I really like McDaniel, though.  I want him coaching here for a long time.  I love his vibes.

You could at least get his name right. It's Grier, not Greer. Smiley

He got McDaniel's name wrong, too.  But I can't talk crap because I got Greer's name wrong....1 out of 2 ain't bad.

He gets Miami 12 wins and a playoff win this year, I’d almost guarantee it

It was an offseason it came with wins and losses, I think Grier did what he had to.

What could we have done differently Pats fan?

Well before McDaniel came aboard, I told you guys that you would love your new coach. (told ya so!) Of all the excellent assistants we've lost over the last 5-6 years, I miss Mike McDaniel and DeMeco Ryans the most.
