Good read.   Everyone says that the game is won and lost in the trenches and this article backs that up.   Grier has made a lot of bad selections when it comes to trench players.

Crazy to think that not only Dan Campbell but also Todd Bowles were Dolphins interim head coaches at one time or another.   Imagine if the Dolphins had simply removed the interim tag from them.  Who knows what would've happened.

Both of them have very good GMs so that's something to consider. What happened to Detroit this year with injuries would cripple most teams.
