31 years so he'll be out in what, 10? That would put him in his 40's not a nursing home.
I doubt it. If the judge is smart, he wouldn't make him eligible for parole.
Speaking of Cecil Collins, here's a link to his Florida Dept of Corrections information. Looks like Cecil the Diesel's 15 year sentence will be up in 2014, although the state of Louisiana has a "detain" on him. Cecil can someday have a nice reunion with other ex-con dolphin running backs, including Mercury Morris, Sammy Smith, Irving Spikes, Bobby Humphrey, and Lawrence Phillips.
