In some circles, I keep hearing Garrard's name being brought up.  I don't know much about him, besides the fact that he was pretty decent in relief of Byron Leftiwich and is pretty fast. What would y'all think of him as our possible starter next year?

I don't think Jacksonville is going to let him go. He does a pretty good job though. We get all the jacksonville pre-season games so I have gotten to see him over a couple years.

Garrard is very talented.  He's probably the 3rd or 4th best backup in the league, behind Schaub and Rivers.  I'd take him...

I couldn't agree with you more... additionally, being an hour north of Jax, I get all their pre-season games too (and regular season).

I'm just north of Orlando so we get to see a lot of their regular season games also (not me because I watch the Phins every week).

I remember CF Dolfan saying something about the Jaguars claiming Orlando as their second market.  They should trade that in for Daytona Beach.  There's a hell of a lot of Jax Fans there.

Daytona Beach is part of the Orlando market.

I didn't say I'd take him as our starter.

Besides, the 4th best backup is an upgrade over the 14th best backup that's starting for us now!
