OK, because a few certain mods (you know who you are)are too lazy to clean up posts that don't belong, and are so hardheaded that everyone has to be punished for a few people's misdeeds, the original thread for this topic has been locked.  That said, I'm gonna start it up again here.  Philly's rant on Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson is definitely worthy of being labeled as a famous quote.  Here it is:

"Here's why old guys should not be allowed to own teams. Despite the fact that he is one of the two lowest revenue generating teams (Cincy being the other- both teams that voted no), and that the new revenue sharing plan will make him money, Ralph Wilson voted no. Here's his thinking:

'I didn't understand it," said Buffalo's Ralph Wilson. "It is a very complicated issue and I didn't believe we should be rushing to vote in 45 minutes. I'm not a dropout ... or maybe I am. I didn't understand it.'

He also forgot to take his medicine after eating his applesauce for dinner and crapped his pants during the meeting. "

Oh, yes, everyone is being PUNISHED because they can't post in that thread.

You should hope that's the worst punishment you ever recieve.

It's not.  The worst was being chained to the floor in Dave's basement for a week.

Yeah but I wasn't complaining about you.  I was using your quote to start up the famous quotes thread again. 

And as for the mods locking the thread, I have every right to bitch, as long as I don't call any of them vulgar names or make any violent threats.   Keep in mind that people were actually having a good laugh until Carnage and Denver started their 10,000th flame war.
