I just read the latest SI.com mock draft, and they have LenDale White slipping all the way to New England at # 21.  (Miami's taking Eric Winston at # 16 in their mock)

The only way I grab a running back at #16 is if the difference of talent between that back and other players is such a huge gap that it can not be ignored.  That being said - it won't happen.  There will be a slew of worthy defensive tackles, linebackers, safeties, corners available...all of which are much more vital to grab at this position.

You simply can't afford to have two first round running backs on the same payroll.  We had a "bye" with Ricky due to his contract being more cap friendly.
